What Parch is
An interface for constructing and inspecting tokenized-equity portfolio compositions. The intended protocol would give each portfolio an individually controlled position.
Portfolio model
A composition records constituents and target weights. A future position/account model would need to define custody, permissions and the relationship between portfolio identity and assets.
Supported assets
Eight equity identifiers are available as examples. No issuer tokens, asset contracts or trading venues have been verified or connected.
Allocation
Custom weights support two decimal places, positive values and a total of exactly 100%. Changes are capped at the remaining weight. Equal weight handles rounding deterministically.
Creation
Review and save a local JSON preview. No minting, funding or purchases take place. Optional wallet connection reads a public address and chain ID only.
Ownership and control
You can edit and export your browser's preview. It grants no asset rights. The intended onchain control and custody model is not implemented.
Transfers
Only a local preparation simulation exists. No address validation for transfers, ownership update, contract call or asset movement occurs.
Redemption
Not implemented. No in-kind or cash redemption is available.
Fees
Unavailable. No execution or quote service is connected.
Network
Not configured for portfolio execution. A connected wallet reports its own chain ID; that is not a Parch deployment claim.
Smart contracts
No contract addresses, deployment manifests, ABIs or source links are configured in this repository. Verified deployment details are a prerequisite for a live product.
Security
No audit or certification is claimed. Wallet requests are limited to account access and chain identification. Keys remain in the wallet; no signing or approval method is used.
Risks
A future tokenized-asset portfolio would carry market, concentration, issuer, custody, liquidity, smart-contract and network risks. Token exposure may differ from legal ownership of corporate shares.
